At Red Rock Reassurance we are dedicated to providing exceptional services tailored to your needs. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality, we aim to create a positive impact on our community and beyond.
Beginning with you . . .
Red Rock Reassurance – We are here for you when you need a helping hand, or for your loved one when you can’t be. Our company was born from the recognition that many people are navigating this rapidly changing world with limited support, placing them at risk in all realms of wellbeing, while they themselves, or those that love them, are challenged with barriers to assess and ensure wellbeing. We are a prevention-based program founded by two sisters with combined experience of 50+ years working with families from throughout Arizona, ensuring safety and wellbeing through empathic connection, assessment, connection with resources, and the building of protective factors that empower families. In addition, we seek to build bridges across generations in our community through intergenerational planning and celebration.

Our team is led by Renee Tapia, LMSW, who has an extensive background in health, welfare, and program development, and Michon Jablonski, who has been a leading advocate for seniors in Arizona. We bring our hearts, skills, and hands to our home community of the Village of Oak Creek, where we are accepting referrals to provide assessment, resource and referral, wellbeing reassurance, and the strengthening of our community through intergenerational programming and events.
Our concierge program tailors services to meet the needs of our clients, beginning with the vision of the individual or family/friend who is seeking assistance, and growing as we understand optimal potential of person-in-environment. The relationship begins with a referral, and from there we begin a conversation to establish a connection and work together to enhance wellbeing, safety, and empowerment. Our goal is to help you or your loved one navigate life in our community as joyfully as possible.
Our Services
Intake and Assessment
We start where you are at, listening to your needs and goals, and working collaboratively with you to meet them. Needs vary greatly amongst families, with some involving concrete resources such as transportation, technological assistance, home management, etc., and others needing help with more complex issues such as healthcare management, systems navigation, and wellbeing. Our goal is to help you identify your goals and achieve them.
Resources and Advocacy
Protective Factors are the qualities in an individual, system, or community that determine ability to thrive and grow throughout life. One primary protective factor is knowing the resources in your community and being able to utilize them to the fullest. Our goal is to help you grow in your understanding of the resources and remove barriers that prevent you from fully enjoying the beauty of the community we share.
Intergenerational Programs
Evidence strongly supports our belief that connecting different age groups through shared activities offers numerous benefits for individuals, families, and communities. Providing opportunities to bridge generational divides allows for the transfer of energy, skills, wisdom, and resources to build a more vibrant community.
